Usually landlords pay once housing is secured. If anything differs, we’ll explain up front and confirm it in writing before moving forward.

How do you coordinate with caseworkers?
We provide regular updates via email/phone and adapt to your program’s requirements.

Can clients work directly with you?
Yes. We can work directly with clients if your program allows, while keeping you updated so everyone stays on the same page.
