I bring experience across residential sales, property management, commercial leasing, and mortgage lending, with a focused practice in affordable housing and voucher based leasing. My work centers on guiding Housing Choice Voucher households, participating landlords, and agencies through housing processes that require coordination, documentation, and compliance.

My Journey & Experience
- Real Estate Experience: Background in residential sales, property management (6+ years), commercial leasing, and lending as a former loan officer.
- Affordable Housing Experience:Experience working as a Housing Navigator in the nonprofit sector, supporting families experiencing homelessness. Through work within a Housing Authority environment, I gained firsthand knowledge of how affordable housing programs operate, including eligibility processes, inspections, documentation requirements, waitlists, landlord coordination, and compliance standards.
- Leadership & Memberships: Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Illinois REALTORS®, Former Vice President of Membership with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Currently serving on the Education Advisory Group at the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
- Education & Continuing Training: Completed the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) course and currently preparing for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification.
