My background spans residential sales, property management, commercial leasing, and mortgage lending, with a focused practice in affordable housing and program-supported leasing. I work with Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) households, participating landlords, and agency partners in housing placements that require coordination, documentation, and compliance.


At Hearthway Realty, I bring a structured, professional approach to each transaction, ensuring that communication remains clear, expectations are understood, and each step is handled with precision and accountability."


 My Journey & Experience

  • Real Estate Experience: Background in residential sales, property management (6+ years), commercial leasing, and mortgage lending as a former loan officer. 
  • Affordable Housing ExperienceExperience working as a Housing Navigator in the nonprofit sector, supporting families experiencing homelessness. Through work within a Housing Authority environment, I gained firsthand knowledge of affordable housing systems, including eligibility processes, inspections, documentation requirements, waitlists, landlord coordination, and compliance standards.
  • Leadership & Memberships: Member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Illinois REALTORS®, Former Vice President of Membership with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and currently serving on the Education Advisory Group at the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
  • Education & Continuing Training: Completed the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) course and currently preparing for the HUD Housing Counselor Certification.
  • Experience working across real estate transactions and housing programs has provided direct insight into the challenges that often prevent successful housing placements. This has informed a more structured approach that emphasizes preparation, coordination, and alignment across all parties involved in the process.
